Volunteer Day Success!

Thanks to everyone for coming out to help today.  We had the largest turnout ever, the Dogfather made some great food, and it was all done safely.  I think the addition of an exterior door to our wheelchair accessible bathroom will make a huge impact this year for our members.  Just today I was reminded by a friend's wife of the good old days when the outhouse was so gross that she would actually leave the property to find a bathroom!  Our goal is to improve accessibility and to provide members with a clean place to wash up and use the restroom.  Thanks especially to Don, Cliff, and Melissa for making this happen.

Another big thanks is due to Nick and the entire team that put the anti-erosion fabric and grass seed on the bays.  They put in a TON of work today, and they were consistently the most sweaty group of volunteers.  They were working hard all day; thanks guys!

Bring your gloves, PPE, and tools if you can!
If you're coming to help at the range tomorrow (4/2) please bring your gloves, your personal protective equipment (safety glasses, etc.), rakes, and shovels if you have them.  We could really use some help raking up shotgun wads and shoveling up brass tomorrow.  Even if you only have an hour or two, we could really use some help!
